One. brief introduction Sandwich panel production line is used for the special purpose of producing the new type constructional material (Sandwich panel), with the function of compounding EPS or Rock wool board to the color steel sheets. Sandwich panel is very light weight. (1/40 to 1/10 of common brick).It is high strength, warm conservation, water proof, convenient for construction, short construction period etc. As the ideal constructional material, they can be used to build warehouses, workshops, wide range roofing, air-conditioned houses and so on. two main technical specifications
main component and function The whole line is consisted by the following equipments: (1)Profile forming machine (2)Compound forming machine (3)Cutting machine (4)De-coiler (5)Supporting table (6)Assistant equipments (1) Profile forming machine The tile width 1040mm, 0.2 ~ 0.8mm color steel pressed into the desired then transmit to the complex host, it is controlled by the speed synchronous controller with automatic adjustment compensation device, so make the roll forming machine speed synchronization with the host. The forming machine is componented with the machine frame , forming parts , transmission. The size is 9525*1450*1070mm Rack welded by hot rolled I-beam and steel plate A3. Pressure-type part by the shaft and roll waving composition, rollers hard chrome plated, high surface hardness, wear resistance, and improve the life, the appearance of smooth and beautiful. Transmission consists of the motor, cycloid reducer, sprockets, chains and other components. 
(2) complex host unit: the upper and lower layers color plates composite with glue on EPS or rock wool. 
Composite host equiped by the main frame, unwinding device, spin coating mechanism, corrective devices, electric heating devices, vacuum devices, electronic control . a. Frame: There are altogether three sets of roller frames, with several rubber rollers on each frame. The rubber rollers are on the same lever, when producing profile sandwich panels you have to raise one roller frame and put in the attached blocks, while producing flat panels, you only need to remove the blocks. b. Decoiler: The tension of both upper coil sheet and down coil sheet is kept moderately by frictional brake. c. Glue mixing device: Glue is provided by the calculate pump and dropped onto the coil sheets evenly through glue dropping pipes. Then it is mixed by the upper and down glue mixing devices. Comparing with spraying way, glue dropping and mixing is easier to operate, reduces air pollution and releases workers from high strength work. 
d. Guiding device: Two guiding devices are set, the upper one adopts stainless steel roller of large diameter, it could adjust the width; the below one adopts easy operated screw thread. e. Electrical heating device: 6 electrical infrared heating devices ensuring high quality sandwich panel can be produced at low temperature. f. Dust collecting device: collecting all the scrap in production g. Electrical controlling device: Electrical-controlling device for compound forming machine is composed with AC contactor and transducer, velocity of compound forming machine and the glue pump is controlled by transducer, it can also form a synchronous device with the profile forming machine. 
(3)Cutting Part: Sandwich panel production line equipment in the production of molded composite panels require precise and intermittent cutting, the cutting speed and finished in coordination with the recombination velocity, so the finished cutting machine adopts advanced frequency control and electromagnetic pneumatic control, and uses a man-machine interface computer programming, this unit has two cutting methods, namely punching knife - punch and die cutter knife - cutter, die cutter - red knife cutting into a single speed, the main cutting plate, tongue and groove boards. Die cutter - full speed milling cutter for punching, milling multi-speed drive is controlled by the main cutting all kinds of corrugated composite board. 
Work during the cutting unit is as follows: fixed length - pressing - the random motion of cutting - relax - reset. Users can select the length of control needed to control in two ways: semi-automatic and fully automatic Semi-automatic: The way to set the pull-foot length, the trigger limit switches to control the length of the product to achieve mass production.
