Product Description Details of ridge Tile Roll Forming Machine as follows: 1. General performance of the line

2. Working flow 1) Decoiling: feeding of the material for bottom metal strip. 2) Roll forming: producing the bottom metal strip for roof or wall panel. 3) Raw material feeding table: In order to feeding the mmaterial straightly. 4) Main forming station: shaft material is 45# steel forged,roller material is 45# bearing steel. 5) Cutting system: material of the cutting blade is Cr12MoV,the best cutting distance of the blade is within 1mm. 6) Controlling system: All the production line will controlled by the PLC,realized the full- automatic. 7) The counter: every machine we will provided several extra counters for the damage of the counter. 8) Run-out table:we have different kinds of receiving table,the simple one,the auto-stacker or other designed run out table,we can designed it according your demand. 9) We will provided a whole production line if you have no special requests.

For the C,Z,W Profile and roof/wall panel roll Forming Machine: the material thickness range, width range and the profile drawing are required(how many roll forming stands required are depended on the profile drawing)
For the HVAC machine and the stainless steel pipe machine: the wall thickness range and the diameter range of the pipe
Pls also provide us with your special requirements for the machine, for example, you want the machine to be a full-automatic one or semi-automatic one in order to save your procurement budget.
