1.	Manual de-coiler	The decoiler can be adjusted according to the inner diameter of the coil. Max.capacity:      5000kg
2.	Feeding platform	Function and feature: put the raw material (steel plate) on the plat to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.
3.	Forming machine	In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard planting, heat treatment and galvanization treatment. The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped. 5.	Shearing mechanism	It adopts steam pump and PLC control system to work automatically.
6.	Computer control cabinet	It adopts industrial computer to control. The target piece’s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use. PLC control boxes: one is for the composite system and the other is for cutting system.
7.	Counter	One counter gauges length, pulses, and decides length.

    1. Profile forming machine:         a. Raw Material: 1200mm wide, 0.2~0.8mm thick steel sheet b. Number of forming steps: 14 c. Outer diameter of shaft: Φ75mm d. Motor power: 2.2 e. Forming speed: 4-5m/min f. Dimension: 8.0*1.3*1.2mm     2 Compound forming machine:       It includes the frame,decoiler, glue mixing, guiding device, electric heating device, dust collecting device and electrical controlling device.   a. Frame:    There are altogether three sets of roller frames, with several rubber rollers on each frame.  The rubber rollers are on the same lever, when producing profile sandwich panels you have to raise one roller frame and put in the attached blocks, while producing flat panels, you only need to remove the blocks.      b. De-coiler:    The tension of both upper coil sheet and down coil sheet is kept moderately by frictional brake.     c. Glue mixing device:    Glue is provided by the calculate pump and dropped onto the coil sheets evenly through glue dropping pipes.  Then it is mixed by the upper and down glue mixing devices.  Comparing with spraying way, glue dropping and mixing is easier to operate, reduces air pollution and releases workers from high strength work.     d. Guiding device:    Two guiding devices are set, the upper one adopts stainless steel roller of large diameter, it could adjust the width; the below one adopts easy operated screw thread.     e.Electrical heating device:    6 electrical infrared heating devices ensuring high quality sandwich panel can be produced at low temperature.     f. Dust collecting device:    collecting all the scrap in production   g. Electrical controlling device:    Electricalcontrolling device for compound forming machine is composed with AC contactor and transducer, velocity of compound forming machine and the glue pump is controlled by transducer, it can also form a synchronous device with the profile forming machine.     3 Cutting Part:           Full automatic: set with PLC, touch screen, encoder (specially ordered)       4.De-coiler   a. coil inner diameter: coil inner diameter: 500mm-600mm b. maximum width of coiling: 1500mm   5.transport aircraft:      transporting the finished frame from a few root idlers, whose function sent the the products which has been cut to the finished composite panels from finished cutting machine.   6.auxiliary equipment:    Rockwool Group slitting machine, color steel slitting machine, corrugated wall panel roll forming machine, sealing strip presses. (According to the users’ needs to choose)     7.Necessary Conditions for Adjustment and Production   1.Workshop         Length>60m,width > 12m, Height>5.5mm 2.Electrical source    3-phase-5-line        Overall capacity: 25KW 3.
