Product Description Details of downspout Roll Forming Machine as follows: 1. General performance of the line Pipe forming part: 1) Decoiler: Expansion type,max ,loading1-2T 2). Roller station:24 stations,three-dimensional correction 3). Material of mould :45# forge steel ,finish machining and plated with hard chromium 4). Diameter of the roller: Φ62mm,formed by the modulation finishing 5). The frame of the machine is 350 H steel ,the side board is made of 16mm steel structure 6). Main power:4 kW(2sets) cycloidal needle wheel type motor, birdirectional drive ( P=25.4 ) 7). Cutting-to-length system:using flying saw cutting 8). Size of the main machine :11.8*1.2*0.9m(divided into two stages) Pipe Bending Part: 1). For the slitting line and cut-to-length: the material type(HR, CR, HDGI, PPGI, SS), thickness and width range, coil weight, cutting speed, slitting numbers(only for slitting line), steel plate required cutting length(only for cut-to-length line)
For the C,Z,W Profile and roof/wall panel roll Forming Machine: the material thickness range, width range and the profile drawing are required(how many roll forming stands required are depended on the profile drawing)
For the HVAC machine and the stainless steel pipe machine: the wall thickness range and the diameter range of the pipe
